Important Information For Balloon Delivery in Sacramento

Please place your online orders one weekday in advance.  For same day delivery in Sacramento, call 916-928-3001 or email us at carolyn@balloonsbycarolyn.com  

 

We're open Monday- Friday, 10 am-5 pm, and Saturday, 10 am-2 pm, but we deliver earlier and later upon request.

Please allow a 3-hour window for all deliveries.

Bouquet deliveries requested before 10 am will be subject to an additional charge of $10 - $25 for weekday balloon decor.

We do not deliver balloons:

   Anonymously

   To students directly to their classrooms at schools ( we only deliver to the office )

   To students in college dorms ( we only deliver to the office )

   Guests in hotel rooms ( we only deliver to the front desk )

   Apartment addresses.

A recipient must accept residential deliveries. If they are away, we will attempt to contact you. We will wait 5 minutes for your response before we bring the balloons back to the store for you to pick up. **An additional delivery charge will apply to complete the delivery at a later time. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
Recipients in secured buildings need to meet us at the security entrance.
Hospital deliveries require ALL MYLAR arrangements only. Due to latex allergies, latex balloons are not accepted.
