Balloon swag "LOL" Link-o-Loons is an 11" latex balloon tied end to end with 5" accent balloons between them. We must be able to rig the balloons from a balcony or magnetic metal. Would you please email a picture of the ceiling to carolyn@balloonsbycarolyn.com? We do not attach anything to the walls. This air-filled decor lasts for weeks inside. Be sure to let us know what colors you want. It would be best if you only used this decor with very high ceilings.
